Bookings & Availability
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the property and the season. In general, cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund. Between 15 and 30 days, a percentage is retained. For cancellations made less than 15 days in advance, no refunds are given. Check the specific details on each property's page.
Payments & Deposits
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers and Bizum. Payment is made securely through our payment gateway with SSL encryption. A percentage is charged as a deposit upon booking confirmation, and the remainder is paid before check-in according to each property's conditions.
Upon check-in, a security deposit is required which varies depending on the property. This deposit is fully refunded after check-out, once it has been verified that the apartment is in the same condition as when it was handed over. The exact deposit amount is shown on each property's listing.
Check-in & Stay
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. If you need flexibility with times, contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to availability. We offer self check-in with smart locks at most of our properties.
